Ingredients

  • 1 Galbani Pre-Sliced Mozzarella Fresca 227g Ball
  • 8 slices Rustic Bread
  • 8 tbs Olive Tapenade
  • 1 jar Roasted Red Peppers
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Basil Leaves, chopped
  • Olive Oil
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation Instructions

  1. Brush the bread slices with olive oil and grill.
  2. Once cooled, spread one tablespoon of tapenade on each slice.
  3. Top with roasted red pepper, two fresh Mozzarella slices, a dash of olive oil and pepper to taste.
  4. Warm in the oven.
  5. Serve with fresh basil.
