- 2 Tomatoes, 1 inch dice
- 1 cup Basil Leaves, fresh
- 2 tbs Olive Oil (Extra Virgin)
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Layer fresh mozzarella and tomato slices on plate.
- Garnish each slice with a basil leaf.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
