  • 1 Galbani Pre-Sliced Mozzarella Fresca 227g Ball
  • 8 slices Multi-Grain Bread
  • 2 Beefsteak Tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 16 Basil Leaves
  • 4 Curly Lettuce
  • Pesto Mayo
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Preparation Instructions

  1. Spread pesto mayo onto bread Layer curly lettuce, cucumber, tomato, 4 basil leaves, and sliced Fresh Mozzarella and top with 2nd slice of bread.
  2. Tip: Other layering options may be sliced avocado, sliced red onions, alfalfa sprouts, field greens, or fresh spinach.
